ZCRA-G1 high-precision digital cutting machine is an automation device widely used for deep processing of flexible materials such as corrugated cardboard, EPE foam, sponge, and silicone foam. It adopts a powerful digital cutting system, offering a simple and convenient cutting process without the need for molds, allowing for immediate cutting and processing. It features low cost, material savings, high efficiency, and high precision.
1: A group of tool holders, providing the interchangeability of electric/pneumatic oscillating knives and half-cutting knives.
2: 0-60mm cutting thickness, customizable up to 0-100mm.
3: Comes with standard sizes of 14001000/18001400/2500*1600mm.
4: Processable materials include cardboard, corrugated fiberboard, greyboard, honeycomb cardboard, EPE foam, EVA foam, composite panels, silicone foam, and rubber foam.

These orders typically involve processing thicknesses ranging from 30 to 100mm with many styles and small quantities, resulting in blackening and strong odors from laser cutting;
