The cutting machine’s frame is made of thickened iron square tubes welded together, which reduces the inertia produced during high-speed operation, thus preventing the frame from wobbling and avoiding deformation due to long-term high-speed operation.
The cutting machine is equipped with a high-volume suction pump which enhances the adsorption capacity while effectively reducing energy consumption. Combined with the software’s zoning adsorption function, it focuses the adsorptive force on the processing area, reducing the issue of material shifting due to insufficient adsorption when cutting small objects.
